Scudder Mackey is Chief of the Office of Coastal Management at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. He specializes in: coastal change mapping and hazards analysis; Great Lakes water levels; climate change impacts on coastal and nearshore systems; adaptive management; aquatic habitat characterization and mapping; surface and watershed hydrology; nearshore, coastal, and riverine processes; natural flow regime restoration; and application of geospatial data and analyses (GIS) to Great Lakes aquatic ecosystems.
