Scott Bessler serves as Chief of the Compliance Services Division of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati. He holds degrees in Biological Sciences from Northern Kentucky University (BS, 2006) and The University of Alabama (MS, 2010). He also oversees strategic research initiatives for the District with a focus on emerging contaminants and pathogens, beneficial reuse of waste streams and general water quality.
