Since 1965, Huron River Watershed Council has worked to protect and restore the Huron River in Southeast Michigan for healthy and vibrant communities. HRWC accomplishes this through watershed science, technical assistance in watershed planning and management, and education and outreach. Through projects, programs, events, and membership, HRWC gives partners the opportunity to become champions and stewards of clean and healthy local waterways.
