Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) is hosting a public event for university and industry researchers, manufacturers, and others interested in Sustainable Manufacturing and the Circular Economy.
On April 24th, we will share progress on the Sustainable Manufacturing Initiative launched by CWRU in February 2023, and the subsequent National Science Foundation Regional Innovation Engines Development Award, received in May 2023 by CWRU and a committed group of partners.
The event will feature updates from Dr. Michael Oakes, Senior VP for Research, on the University’s strategy, insights from Baiju Shah, President and CEO of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, and a Keynote from Dr. Nabil Nasr. Dr. Nasr is the CEO of the REMADE Institute, the only Manufacturing USA institute focused entirely on developing innovative technologies to accelerate the U.S. transition to a Circular Economy.
